Delivery and Returns

Getting your goods to you swiftly and safely is of utmost importance to us. That's why we entrust our deliveries to carefully selected couriers.

Costs depend on your location and what you've ordered. You can find out everything you need to know about our delivery charges below.

Free Delivery for orders over €50 throughout Ireland & UK.

For delivery in Ireland and UK - orders worth €50 and under are charged at €5.00

International Delivery 

For delivery outside Ireland and UK - orders are charged at €14.00.

NB – If your order is travelling further afield than the EU, you may need to pay customs or import duties, once it reaches your homeland. These charges are out of our control and we have no way of predicting what they may be. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. So if you’d like more information, please contact your local customs office. Customs can also delay the delivery of orders.

Click and Collect

Click & Collect is a service that allows you to buy online and collect purchases in store. There are no delivery charges and no waiting around at home for the postman!


While we hope you will be very happy with your purchase we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. You can either send the goods you wish to return to the Gúna Nua Boutique Returns Department at the address below, or return your goods instore within 14 days of receipt. A refund will then be processed within a week of us receiving the return, this may take up to 28 working days to be visible in your acoount. 

Please note that in the interest of hygiene, items will not be refunded unless they have remained in their original wrapping. Items must not be soiled, damaged, or smell of smoke, perfume and please ensure the garment is free from any make-up, tan or deodrant marks.

All faulty or damaged items must be reported to us within 5 working days of receiving the item. 

We will not under any circumstances accept goods that have been damaged or soiled in any way. Items that are not deemed in a saleable condition will not be processed for a refund and will be returned to the sender of said goods. 

In all cases, items returned must be in original packaging and condition and all items will be inspected on return. 

Items returned are your responsibility until they reach our returns department so please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage.

Online Returns to Store: You will be able to return online orders within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or gift card instore. If you wish for a refund, it will be processed according to our online returns policy stated above. We won’t be able to refund you for the goods instore, it will have to go through our online returns process.
