Are all styles that are available in Gúna Nua Boutique stores, available online?

We have chosen a select number of our favourite brands for our online store. Our greatest selection is instore, where will you will get to have the full Gúna Nua Boutique experience! 

Do both Gúna Nua Boutique stores have the same stock?

Although many brands and styles are available in both stores, to keep things interesting, we have a few brands such as Darling London and French Connection, exclusive to our Westport store. If there is anything in particular you would like in a certain store*, we will try our best to have it available for you just give either store a call. 

*Excludes exclusive items

If I see something online, can I try it on instore?

Yes of course! However our online store is run separately to our store, so it may take a few minutes to find your requested item. We therefore cannnot take responsibility for items requested online, which have since sold out instore.

How long will my refund take?

So long as you follow our returns procedure, as stated in Delivery & Returns, the refund will be processed within 28 working day. However, this is generally a much quicker process. We process our returns on a weekly basis so please bear with us and give us a week to email you your Confirmation of Return.

How do I resolve an issue with my order?

Although it doesn't happen often, and we try our best to maintain quality control, mistakes can happen. If you have a received the wrong order, or there is a problem with an item, please contact us straight away. 

Email info@gunanuaboutique.ie and include your name, order number, the issue with the order and some contact details, as sometimes it's easier to resolve an issue by having a little chat over the phone!

Do you accept deposits?

Unfortunately, as our online store is operated separately from Gúna Nua Boutique stores, we cannot accept deposits on online orders. We do however offer our instore customers a "pay-as-you-go" deposit system. Pay as often as you like, not exceeding 10 weeks. We require  an initial deposit of at least 30% of a deposit, with a name, contact details and home address. 

I received a confirmation email, but now I have received an email to say an item is out of stock. Why is this?

The first email you received from us is a confirmation email, which confirms that we received your order. Due to swift turnaround times, some items may become out of stock between confirmation emails and dispatch of orders. Although unusual it can happen from time to time. We will refund your order promptly and send you an email to let you know if this happens to an item you have ordered.
